Day 10: Here we go again!

Today was a dedicated travel day to fly to Rwanda. Because we are such a large group (16 in total!) we flew in 2 shifts. The "am crew" flew out at 5am (am crew you guys are troopers!) and the "pm crew" was originally supposed to fly out at 7pm. I was in the pm crew (thank goodness!)...our 7pm flight was rescheduled to 6:20pm and it left even earlier than that! Since when do planes leave early? Turns out the only things in Tanzania that are extremely punctual are ferrys and planes....and we were almost late for both!

The pm crew just lounged the day away, mostly because a big chunk of our crew was still feeling under the weather. From the sounds of it, after the am crew had a much needed nap in our Rwandan hostel, they walked around Kigali for some sight seeing an restaurant scouting.

Once reunited, our group enjoyed an early evening to bed...rumour has it tomorrow is going to be a busy day!
